Overview

Export VAT Fix is operated by Radom UG. The app helps Shopify merchants scan product and market setup signals related to export VAT pricing. The app does not request protected customer data and does not read customer records.

Data We Process

The app processes the shop domain, Shopify OAuth/session information, product and variant information, market configuration, price-list signals, and billing status needed to provide the service.

How We Use Data

We use this data to authenticate the merchant, run the VAT setup scan, show results in the embedded Shopify app, provide CSV exports, operate billing through Shopify, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Storage and Retention

Shopify session data is stored securely for app authentication. Scan results are generated from the merchant store data available through the installed app scopes. We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide and support the app, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We use Shopify APIs and infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the app. App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing.

Merchant Choices

Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin at any time. To ask about data access, correction, or deletion, contact support@konverter-pro.de.
